I've been involved in martial arts since 1973 and in 1983 I started training in Muay Thai with Master Toddy in Manchester, UK.
Over the years I've trained at a few camps in Thailand: Sityodtong (Naklua, Pattaya, 1988), Pink Flamingo (Koh Samui), Pet Yindee, Sor Vorapin 1, Chacrit Gym, Baan Chang Thai (Muay Chaiya), Jitti Gym, Lukbaanyai (Bangkok), Muay Thai Institute (Rangsit), and the Muay Thai Conservation Centre of Thailand at the National Stadium, Bangkok.

I've had a few fights in Thailand around 1988/89 at temple shows in Sakon Nakon and bars in Pattaya and Koh Samui.
I'm a qualified Muay Thai judge and referee with the WMF and a qualified Muay Thai judge with the UKMF. I've also done courses in Traditional Thai Massage and Rue Si Datton at Wat Po in Bangkok.
