If you have questions about anything to do with going to Thailand then your best bet is to use the forum. Not only will a large number of people be able to help you out but your question and their answers will also be able to be used by others wanting to know the same things later on. Don't be selfish; share your problems!

If you are not an MTL member (shame on you!) and want to tell me something or ask something not related to general Muay Thai in Thailand then do so via my email address. I will try and reply to you as soon as I can.

You could always try beaming your thoughts, comments and suggestions straight into my brain, although it's not guaranteed to reach me. And please could whoever it is telling me to burn things all the time give it a rest for a bit? That stuff gets me into trouble.
